6. How can I link to your system properly?

Indeed there are some ways to link to our reservation system. You can use several regular links from your site to our system – from links to general city page to deep links to hotels availability page. You can also put search forms on your site – from multiple cities or single city search form to hotels check rates form. The rule of thumb is that all links and forms should have inserted your CID – for us to track your sales properly. All examples and instructions, together with codes are given in your User Menu. We provide you all information for linking to any available city, hotel or for setting up your own hotels pages.

7. What kind of link is better?

Statistic shows that putting simple links to main page in most cases is not effective. It is better to set up so-called “deep links” (transferring of visitor to our system on last steps of choosing hotel and booking a room) and use search forms integrated to your site. Doing it, you get more pages for your site and so improve it's ranking opportunities. Besides visitors stay in your site as long as possible and you have more freedom how to present them the information and give them choice. Of course, any links or forms shall be easily accessible for visitors to find and use them.

10. Why there is no traffic and sales through my account though everything is done properly?

We provide you access to our reservation system and opportunity to earn money but we can't supply visitors to your site. You should promote your site to attract more visitors. The more people know your site and visit it the more revenue you can obtain from participation in our program. There are many educational resources in the World Wide Web about site promotion. They can help you with it.

11. How can I raise my sales?

There are some important parameters that influence on a volume of your sales in our program. The first and the most important is the popularity of your site and how it is ranked in most popular search engines. You need to make it visible and accessible for web surfers. The second is the relevancy of your site to tourism and hotels. For example, if your site about machinery or farming hardly it is visited by people going to book a hotel. The third is the location of the link to our reservation system on your site. If it is hard to find then it wouldn't provide you good traffic and sales. The last but not least is the appearance of the link. The look of the link or search form should motivate people to go further. Besides you can set up additional CID co-branding settings to improve your links.

12. Which co-branding options you are offering and how they can help me with sales?

We provide options of so-called Private Label Solution . Private labeling creates a seamless transition from your site to our system. You can set up your logo to appear on our pages after visitor's transition and it will be linked back to your site. So, visitors would feel like they are still on one of your pages.

13. How do you track my sales?

We use your unique Client ID (CID) to monitor all visitors coming from your site and all reservations they make. That's why all links from your site (including search forms) to our reservation system must contain your CID. So every time a user comes to our site from your site he is associated with your Account. Besides we use cookies to track all bookings associated with your Account. The cookie containing info about a visitor associated with your CID is saved on our server for a month. Therefore, if a visitor associated with your Account came back within a month directly to our site and make reservation it will still be tracked as your reservation.

14. How much do I get for each booking?

We pay our affiliates 50% of the commission we obtain for all services from suppliers. The nominal amount of the commission depends on hotel rates and duration of guest's stay. So, half of the commission which suppliers paid us will be entered to your Account. Additional details about commission structure are given in our Affiliate Agreement.

15. When do I get paid?

Accordingly with our policy we pay you when we receive commission from our suppliers. If the client shows up as arranged and does not cancel the reservation at the hotel, we collect the commission from the supplier and pay it to you. You should understand that there is a period of time between the moment of booking and consuming the service, between the moment when client makes payment and supplier sends commission for it to us. Besides not for all bookings done we receive commission because of different reasons, such as cancelled bookings or no-shows.
